CBT Mood/Anxiety Group
This group is a once weekly, 10 week program, where the goal is to learn CBT tools and skills to deal with depression and anxiety. A lot of the focus is on learning to identify and deal with negative thoughts, and negative self-talk. We also look at problematic behaviours, and discuss ways of using mindfulness to aid in working on problems..
This is a practical program and there is homework every week.
The group meets on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:15 pm. The meetings are being done virtually, via Zoom.
